Can I view my conversation history with customer support?
January 3 2025 11:24pmYes! The Customer Support Portal is accessible exclusively through our website, allowing you to view all your interactions with our support team. To see your conversation history:
Navigate to the Knowledge Base Home Page on our site.
In the top-right corner, click on the Login Link.
After you log in securely, you will automatically be taken back to the portal.
Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner and select "My Conversations" to view your open and past conversations with our support team. You can reply by typing your message and attaching files if a conversation is open. After sending a message, you’ll receive an email notification when the support team responds. Simply reload the conversation page in the portal to view their reply.
