Can I view my conversation history with customer support?

Yes! The Customer Support Portal is accessible exclusively through our website, allowing you to view all your interactions with our support team. To see your conversation history:

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base Home Page on our site.

  2. In the top-right corner, click on the Login Link.

  3. After you log in securely, you will automatically be taken back to the portal.

Once logged in, click your name in the upper-right corner and select "My Conversations" to view your open and past conversations with our support team. You can reply by typing your message and attaching files if a conversation is open. After sending a message, you’ll receive an email notification when the support team responds. Simply reload the conversation page in the portal to view their reply.
