We’re always eager to hear from members. There are three ways to contact our support team:

  1. Send an email to help@solofunds.com. You should receive a response within 24 business hours. Please note that during peak times, it may take longer. You can reply to your original email for updates.

  2. Please submit a ticket via our Help Center. As above, you should hear back within 24 business hours.

  3. Open a chat session in the app. Real-time support is available Monday-Friday, 5 AM to 6 PM PST.
