Why are my transactions failing?

There are a number of issues that could cause this issue. 

Issues include:

  • Bank Transaction limits

  • Debit Card limits

  • SoLo Transaction limits

  • Payment processor errors

  • Fraud concerns 

Please get familiar with SoLo and your bank limits. Your bank limits can be adjusted with a phone call to your bank. Fraud limits from your bank are proprietary to your bank. Please contact your bank to ensure this is not the issue. 

Errors with our payment processor can occur. In the event this occurs, try a new transaction type.
