We have requirements around your bank account(s) status that need to be met in order to request a loan. 

1. All bank accounts linked to your profile must have a positive balance greater than $0.01.

2. All accounts you’ve opened with that bank must still be open. Even if your debit card is linked to your checking account, if you’ve closed your savings account, for example, your request for a loan may be blocked.
