To be a member, you have to meet all the requirements to create a bank amount which include being KYC verified and passing all AML, OFAC and security screening. You also have to add your personal debit card and an external bank account with name and address matching your user information. If your verification is pending, there is an issue with this information. Please wait for a few days, while our team addresses this issue. If your verification is pending for longer than a few days and you believe this is a false positive, please reach out to customer support. 

Fix: If the system allows you to connect a new external account and debit card, please try again, ensuring your connected external account is checking the account with the correct associated user information. Please update the debit card well and ensure that the correct associated user information is correct and connected to the added external account.
