Can I update my address?

At this time, we are limited. Currently, you can only update your address if prompted in the app due to you using an incorrect format such as a P.O. Box. Your address is being used to KYC verify you as a user. It needs to be associated with your financial history and the added external account and payment method. If this changes over time and you are using the same account, payment method and credentials, please continue your use. 

If you need to add a new payment method, you may experience verification issues with the new card and the updated address. Please contact customer support with additional proof of the new payment method and new address.
