Why can’t I add my debit card?

There are a few issues that could cause issues. If the problem persists, please try an updated card. To ensure the card can be added, please verify the following:

  • Correct name associated with your verification process.

  • Non P.O. Box address associated with your verification process.

  • Debit cards need to be enabled for instant transactions. 

Other issues include:

  • Verification issue with our payment processor 

    • Payment processor runs additional security checks, which could result in your card being flagged or rejected, resulting in a failed transaction. Please ensure your name and address accurately matches your user information.

    • Fix: Add a new card and connect a new account. If you believe this was done in error, please contact customer support.
